U.S Orders:

We accept returns of Dr. Comfy Products in their original packaging (including all printed inserts, parts, and pieces) without signs of wear and tear within the first 30 days after the shipment.

Tax and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return:

If your order was shipped to a U.S. address, you'll receive a free UPS shipping label via email within 24 hours.

Re-package the item(s) you would like to return.

Leave your return shipment at any UPS drop-off location.

International Orders:

We accept returns of Dr. Comfy Products in their original packaging (including all printed inserts, parts, and pieces) without signs of wear and tear within the first 30 days after the shipment.

we do not provide a shipping label for an international order.

How to Return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Your initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
