We offer free delivery for orders shipped to the United States!We are not able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses but we do offer delivery to these addresses via Amazon.
Orders placed before 3 pm CST are usually dispatched 1 business day after the order has been placed.(Business days are Monday - Sunday).If your order contains multiple items these may be dispatched separately.
Your order will be dispatched from our US warehouse and should reach you in 5-7 business days.(Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 10 business days).
Delivery times are stated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed. We aim to fulfill all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however, shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us.
Shipping and Tracking

If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:
Check your delivery address was entered correctly.Contact us if there are any errors. Check the delivery timeframe, if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed. Check with your neighbors to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
